The Copper Cove Water Treatment Plant was completed in November 1998. KASL Consulting Engineers did the design work. The contractor was Auburn Constructors Inc. It has a rated treatment capacity of over 4 million gallons per day and provides water to almost 1600 connections (as of February 2001).
