Properties without a Service Connection

Properties that are contiguous to a District water and/or wastewater line but are not connected, and capacity is available, will need to pay the cost for a connection.

The cost of service consists of the

• Current Capacity Charge (water and/or wastewater)
• Water Meter installation cost
• Inspection fees,
• if applicable, estimated service connection costs and assessment fees.

To obtain a cost estimate for the new connection complete the form below. A fee of $233 per property is required for a cost to serve to be completed. 

The costs for the connection will be prepared typically within 15 business days from when fees are received.
