Properties without a Service Connection
Properties that are contiguous to a District water and/or wastewater line but are not connected, and capacity is available, will need to pay the cost for a connection.
The cost of service consists of the
- Current Capacity Charge (water and/or wastewater)
- Water Meter installation cost
- Inspection fees,
- if applicable, estimated service connection costs and assessment fees.
To obtain a cost estimate for the new connection complete the form below. A fee of $233 per property is required for a cost to serve to be completed.
The costs for the connection will be prepared typically within 15 business days from when fees are received.
Application fees shall be refunded to the applicant if the USR process is completed and applicable fees are paid within ninety (90) days of the quote.
Note that any material differences between the information on an Application and
the subsequent use of the property and CCWD services may render the quote
invalid.
