Leak Isolated on Circle Court

CCWD crews have successfully isolated an additional main line break affecting approximately 10 customers on Circle Court. The break was caused by a tree that uprooted during the storm and damaged the buried water main.

New Water Service Disruption in Lakemont Pines

As the winter storm continues to impact the Highway 4 corridor, CCWD crews are responding to a new and separate water service disruption within the Lakemont Pines subdivision.

If you are experiencing low water pressure or a loss of water, please know that our teams are already on-site investigating the issue.

Severe weather conditions—such as saturated soils, falling trees, and shifting root systems—are causing damage to buried water lines. These conditions can create new leaks with very little warning.

Earlier today, the leak on Pine Lake Drive was isolated and water service was restored for most customers in that area. The current issue is not related to that earlier break.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as crews continue working through challenging winter conditions to restore service safely and as quickly as possible.

Update – Wednesday, February 18, 2026 – 11:32 AM

Leak on Pine Lake Drive Isolated

Crews have successfully isolated the earlier leak and have begun repairs. Water pressure has returned to normal for most customers. A small number of customers on a portion of Pine Lake Drive remain without water while work continues.

Thank you for your continued patience.

Update – Wednesday, February 18, 2026 – 8:00 AM

Storm‑Related Leak Located; Access Limited

CCWD crews located the source of a leak in the Lakemont Pines area early this morning. However, heavy snowfall, downed trees, and powerlines continue to limit safe access to the site.

Customers in the Lakemont Pines and Pine Lake Drive areas may experience low water pressure or temporary loss of water during this work.

We ask customers in the affected areas to please conserve water until repairs are completed.
