We are currently working with our Utility Billing provider to correct an issue affecting past due notifications. If you received a “Disconnect” or “Cut-Off” notice, please know it was sent in error. These notices do not reflect your account status and can be disregarded. There will be no service disruption, and the issue was caused by an unintended fee that only affected past due accounts.
