Billing Notice: Correction to Past Due Account Fees

During our recent Past Due billing process, an error occurred that resulted in two additional fees being incorrectly applied to some customer accounts. These fees were labeled “Disconect” and “Cutoff” and were added in error.

This issue only affected Past Due accounts.

• The “Disconect” fee has already been removed from all affected accounts.

• We are currently working with our utility billing software provider to remove the “Cutoff” fee, and this will be corrected shortly.

• All erroneous fees will be fully removed from impacted accounts.

• There will be no service disruptions to any accounts as a result of this error.
